Current owner Scott Zettle, who as a young heating and sheet metal installer back in 1988 had the opportunity to purchase the company, jumped in with both feet, and has been running things ever since. Currently employing a team of over 30 people, many who have been with the company for over 20 years. Jump ahead to 2005 - Steve Zettle (Scott's younger brother) launches the Radiant Heat Division. The primary goal was to provide our customers with Hydronic Heating options, which include Radiant Floor heat, Hydronic radiators, Snow melt systems and Tankless hot water heaters. In the ten years we have been in business we have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, mostly in Central Oregon, but also unique projects in very remote locations such as the Alvord desert, Wallowa Mountains and the Oregon Coast. On the commercial side, we have done radiant heat and snow melt systems for COCC, Cascade Academy School, Three Rivers School, Robberson Ford and dozens of other projects for local businesses and institutions. Our residential portfolio includes several hundred projects ranging from ten thousand square foot custom homes to heating a bathroom tile floor for a senior lady who just wanted her feet warm while doing her morning primping.
