As you might already know as you wade into the waters of Disney planning, there's a lot to know, so we only accept travel agents who are well-versed in all things Disney, and are passionate about the Disney Parks. Our agents are constantly learning about what's new at Disney, and each agent visits Walt Disney World at least once per year (many of us visit much more often!) for our annual training retreat to see and experience all of the changes firsthand.
