Beresnev Games is a fast-growing and ambitious company located in the center of the Prague - the city of creativeness and freedom. We are not afraid to set ourselves ambitious goals and want to change... the game industry in a qualitative way. We love to create new game mechanics and we treat each project as a masterpiece, so we don’t compete with others, we set the directions followed by many companies. We’ve started our history in 2016 as a successful design company. Switching to the development of games, our first game "Flippy Knife" became super popular all over the world and got many awards including "Best of App Store 2017" in "Hyper-Casual games" nomination. At the moment, there are 25 people in our company. We’re based on 4 main pillars: 1) Highest-quality design and animation. Thanks to rich experience in the field of illustration, identity, motion design and animation, we can create an unique design. In our work on the product, we focus on the visual side and vivid emotions from the environment. 2) New game design. We love games, for us the originality of the gameplay is important and the use of new interaction mechanics is our moral foundation on which we build the entire creation of the game. 3) Creative programming. Our programmers have creative tasks, they direct the project and come up with new interesting solutions. 4) Friendly atmosphere. In our company there is no managers standing over us. We get used to a freedom in decision-making, therefore we have a high self-organization. We believe, that feeling free in interacting our colleagues and our management is very important for our atmosphere, where everyone has the opportunity to speak out.
