Berwyn Slate Quarry

We are Berwyn Slate, a small but very productive quarry. We supply architectural Welsh Slate from our own quarry on the picturesque Horseshoe Pass, near Llangollen, North Wales, as well as Welsh slate or stone from other Welsh quarries. We can manufacture bespoke one-offs cut to size slate or large volumes for flooring or cladding projects. The quarry is family owned and run. We do the whole process, from extracting slate to finishing bespoke items such as slate worktops, slate hearths, slate window sills, slate flooring, decorative slate chippings and more.
