In the case that we are required to take your Credit Card details, those details will be kept in a secure location and destroyed as soon as the payment has cleared. The webstore has a SSL Certificate installed which is the highest level of internet security. Can I cancel or change my order? We aim to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so please contact us ASAP with order changes. We can only change your order if it hasn't already left the warehouse. Please call or email us your changes and we can arrange this for you. If you want to add items, we suggest placing a new order and writing in your order notes "Please combine with order #..." . If your order hasn't already been sent, we will then combine the orders & refund any extra postage fees paid. What happens if my parcel goes missing? We offer a 'Signature on Delivery' option during checkout that we suggest you select if you are concered about delivery. This way your parcel will not be left unattended. Or we suggest providing a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment, as we are not responsible for stolen parcels. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address including your post code as parcels which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Will my order be packaged safely? Yes! We take extra time and care to make sure all parcels are sent with appropriate packaging to keep them safe. Although we take extra care to avoid damage, sometimes the Australia Post delivery drivers do not know their own strength. If you are ordering fragile items we recommend selecting "Regular Post". Australia Post does not provide a fragile service for items sent "Express Post" and Beserk does not accept responsibility for damaged parcels sent "Express Post". I have a gift voucher but I can't see where to use it, help! Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, click "View Cart" located in the top left hand section of the website. On the Shopping Cart page there is an options that says "What would you like to do next?". Select "Use Gift Voucher", enter your code, click "Apply Voucher". The voucher amount will be deducted from your subtotal. You may then proceed to the checkout to complete your order. Gift Vouchers do not expire, so if you are having any problems using your voucher pleaese contact us. I need my items tomorrow, is this possible?
