We believe in listening first and foremost to ensure your person centred care plan is written with clear and concise information, allowing your support worker to deliver the highest level of care and support, we treat every service users as though we are looking after our own family. We offer flexible care and support by understanding what is important to every individual with this in mind we build a bespoke care package to meet your needs. Our manager team will come out to visit you to reviews of your care plan we ensure its up to date and meet all your need. Using NCF technology with the care management software our support workers are able to scan in and out of their visits, this provides our service users and their families peace of mind. Our Senior team are on the end of a phone the full 365 days to offer support or advice when needed out of office hours. Sue and Sheilas passion is to help people to continue to live in their own homes, maintain their independence and remain a part of their community for as long as possible. With this as our focus we decided to build Bespoke Care Cheshire. Bespoke Care Cheshire was established in September 2012 by Sheila and Sue then in early 2013 Emma-Jane, Ashleigh and Carolyn joined us and we have grown into a successful business delivering a high quality service to people within Ellesmere Port, Willaston and Neston area.
