We have also signed MOUs with various multinational shipping and fledgling international third-party logistics companies in today’s logistics market for agreeing to undertake their all road transportation activities. We are the preferred service provider of small to large-scale Indian textile and handicraft manufacturers, a majority based in the National Capital Region, for shipments of their high-value goods to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Mumbai on regular basis. We currently have the largest client base of export-bound consignments in the country. Apart from this, we have also been able to forge long-term B2B relationships with market leaders in customs clearing houses, freight forwarding agents based in Mumbai and JNPT. As of June 2010, our fleet strength at 600 trucks makes us one of the largest owners of light-goods capacity trucks in the country and the largest owners of trucks with ISO-certified containerized bodies in the two most important Indian markets- cities like Mumbai and New Delhi. These trucks come fitted with all weather ISO certified containers after going through stringent quality control procedure. The prime benefit of using containerized trucks is to protect the goods inside from leakage, damage and pilferage. Our trucks do also come equipped with state-of-the-art vehicle tracking system powered by Patni Computers helping us monitor all movements of our consignments in real-time as the truck passes along the different regional offices. This greatly reduces the risks involved in carrying goods of very high value as thefts are reduced to zero. Thus, transacting business for the clients becomes much more hassle-free for us while the benefits of which are ultimately enjoyed by our clients.
