BFL Construction

BFL provides for systematic thorough inspections of each of it's' job sites on a daily basis. Accountability, disciplinary policies, training, job site meetings and reports are all integral parts of our safety program. In addition, we have undertaken an aggressive program to enhance subcontractor safety knowledge and performance. We maintain a close working relationship with our insurance provider and their risk management team. They periodically review all of our sites with our Safety Manager and offer expertise on our safety procedures and policies. We currently have OSHA 10 hour certification for 100% Field Superintendents. Monthly safety seminars for our employees and job specific training are provided. The 2007 Safety Program is our most ambitious and embraces our goals of continuous improvement. Here at BFL we believe that zero is the number for toleration of unsafe behavior.
