BG Concepts Co. is dedicated to offering the most advanced Screen Printing applications available in the market today, with fast turnarounds. Located near downtown San Jose, we offer high quality screen printing, at manufacturer direct pricing, no brokers or middle men. All of our printing is done using high quality Union, Wilflex, Rutland and Matsui Brand inks. We have found that there is not a one solution brand for all applications, so we have pulled the best from each world to maintain a premium line up of inks that meets the demands of retail quality prints. We have and continue to experiment with the latest technology in substrates, on a constant mission to expand our capabilities. Our vendor list is one of the largest in all of California. We have regular shipments from Alstyle, American Apparel, Bella, District, Alternative Apparel, Next Level Apparel, Hanes, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil... and so on! We specialize in tailoring the correct fabric and fit to the project based on the demands and interactions of fabric and ink. We, almost exclusively, use M&R and Hopkins machines to get things printed. BG Concepts is the result of Blown Gear Clothing. In the late 90's and early 2000's, Blown Gear Clothing was becoming a popular niche brand by fusing fitness clothing with street wear style. We were in our garage, every weekend, covered in ink, and printing Blown Gear. As great as that was going, we found ourselves printing for people we knew even more than we were printing for ourselves after a while. It wouldn't be long before it was apparent we had a new opportunity in of itself. Blown Gear would be reborn as BG Concepts. Since then, we've added people, added machines, and gone through 4 different locations before arriving at our current spot on North 10th. Along the way we've forged relationships with some of the biggest names in the corporate world and streetwear scene, along with thousdands of various other accounts.
