The engineering staff at BGM has experience in fields as diverse as personal navigation, fire fighting technology, medical innovation and automotive electronics including motor control and lighting systems. Our customers range from entrepreneurs to major corporations, all with innovative products built to exacting quality standards. BGM is well versed in IPC standards for electronic assemblies and functional requirements for end products set forth in ISO, UL and CE standards. BGM has enjoyed a long standing relationship with GM, Ford and Chrysler-Fiat. Services provided include engineering and production that conform with APQP, FMEA, Worst Case Circuit Analysis and PPAP requirements. Although rooted in the automotive industry, these disciplines also serve us well in non-automotive applications. BGM is highly evolved in the area of mechatronic design where electronic and mechanical components are integrated into a single device. Mechatronics can range from custom packaging to the design of subminiature sensors where the mechanical portion of the device is realized in silicon.
