Biddeford Schools

Settled in the 1600's, Biddeford, and its sister city Saco, have a long and rich history as a center of commerce and industry in York County. Today, Biddeford remains a thriving manufacturing center with scores of companies conducting business at any one of the City's three modern industrial parks or in the still-busy textile mills located downtown along the banks of the Saco River. Biddeford's 30 square miles of land area is as beautiful as it is richly diverse. Just a few miles to the east of the City Center lies a magnificent coastline including vast stretches of sandy beaches framed by rocky promontories.
