Big Motive

We aimed to improve the customer experience by developing a new website that would increase browsing time and bookings at a significantly higher rate. We interviewed various stakeholders including the hosting provider, IT Director, each of the company's 22 cinema managers and the technical team at Vista; a global ticketing platform. Our goal was to create a 'best-in-breed' mobile-first website fit for a world class cinema experience. We wanted to create a seamless experience that links the path-to-purchase to watching a movie at any cinema within the Omniplex group.
