Bike Gallery

Really, really, really good service. Every time. I bought my first bike there 2 years ago, and have been getting it serviced there ever since. They answer my stupid questions and correct my faulty thinking kindly and respectfully. My bike and my ego are well cared for there. I'm a customer for life. Purchased my checkpoint here. Prior I picked the staffs brains about their take on recommendations and their own bikes. Test rode a few bikes and settled with their initial recommendation. Couldn't be happier with my choice. Great staff and service. These guys are great. I had a mechanical and they helped me with it for free. Wish you guys the best. The downtown bike gallery is awesome - Justin has a great and intelligent crew. I am generally biased and go to the shop closest to where I live and so I am lucky to have the Bike Gallery downtown close by! Thanks much for doing such a stellar job and caring for customers (and their bikes!)
