Bauer & Clausen Optometry

The administrative team at Bauer & Clausen Optometry provides you with excellent customer service in person and on the phone. Our receptionists and insurance specialist welcome you as you enter our practice, assist you in understanding your insurance benefits, and make sure all of your questions are answered before your patient experience is complete. Renatta became part of our team in 2014. In her role, she provides outstanding patient service and assists in the smooth running of the office. Renatta enjoys spending time with family and friends and being in the beautiful outdoors. Rylee 2 copy Rylee Sivak joined the Bauer & Clausen team in 2015. She performs multiple duties at the front desk including scheduling patients, assisting patients with questions, and providing patients with an exceptional experience while they are in our office. Rylee is from Worden, MT and graduated from high school at Huntley Project. Prior to joining us, she was a manager at Target. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors and hanging out at the river listening to a variety of music. Melissa Asbeck sunglasses contact lenses Billings MT Bauer & Clausen Optometry Melissa Asbeck joined us in the middle of 2014 as our insurance specialist. She is available to help patients with insurance questions in addition filing and processing insurance claims. Melissa is originally from Sidney, MT and moved to Bozeman to obtain her bachelor's degree in family consumer sciences at Montana State University. She moved to Billings in 2013 to work at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch prior to joining Bauer & Clausen Optometry. The excellent customer service skills she developed with previous jobs make her a great fit for our team. In her spare time Melissa likes to go swimming and see her family and friends.
