Billy Miller is one of the leading regional contractors with local company beliefs. We believe in placing customers first and never compromising the quality of service delivered, regardless of project size, complexity or location. Billy Miller was established in 1986 and has grown to become of the largest and most well-known contractors operating in Moray, Aberdeenshire, the Highlands and Perthshire. The company was started, and still headed by, local Moray man Billy Miller himself. Billy Miller was originally baed in Buckie but moved in 2006 to occupy new offices at our present location in Elgin, affording better space for a growing workforce and fleet of machines. The company began life on smaller domestic projects and through the years developed the workforce, skillset & plant list to enable the company to undertake commercial, industrial and private projects on any scale. Billy founded the company on his reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship, after care and communication, becoming well known locally for his trustworthiness and reliability which is a reputation we're proud to still receive.
