Bilt Paper B.V. (the Company) is India's and Malaysia's largest manufacturer of printing and writing paper. Our step down subsidiaries include BILT Graphic Paper Products Limited (BGPPL), India's largest printing and writing paper manufacturer and Sabah Forest Industries (SFI), Malaysia's largest pulp and paper manufacturer. We have four manufacturing plants in India, giving it geographic coverage over most of the domestic market. We have dominant shares of the coated paper and uncoated paper segments in India, including approximately 38% of the Blade coated wood-free paper market and 25% of the high quality uncoated paper market, besides being India's largest exporter of coated and uncoated paper. In India, we have the robust network of more than 440 distributors, 4 Regional Offices and 29 warehouses to ensure pan-India availability of our products and after sale services. In Malaysia, SFI has a manufacturing unit and 288,138 hectares of forest and plantation land, which provides us the unique distinction of being the first paper manufacturer in India with its own captive source of hardwood fibre. SFI commands an impressive 24% market share in Malaysia market. With 40 distributors to service the market, SFI is well positioned to cater to the demand of Malaysian economy.
