Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, S.P.C is a privately held company established in February 2008 in the Kingdom of Bahrain. BFREIC has launched its impressive five-year plan, the "Limited 5", which entails the launch of a new limited edition luxury project each year for five years. In 2015,the first year of the plan's inception, Bin Faqeeh launched Waterbay in Bahrain Bay and Layan is right on schedule for this year.
