Bird Rock Yoga

Bird Rock Yoga primarily offers Vinyasa classes, or flowing style of Hatha yoga, which synchronizes movement with breath. Please refer to the class descriptions to find the class that is right for you. In addition to our regular scheduled classes we also offer Teacher Training Programs and workshops in sunny San Diego as opportunities to deepen your personal practice.
