Biscotti is the first company in the world to have two commercial stainless steel, food grade, ice water hash machines. The "Agitator" is a state of the art 30-gallon washing machine that allows Biscotti to efficiently agitate 5-8 pounds of trim at a time while remaining at very cold temperatures.
