Bity is a public limited company under Swiss law, based in Neuchâtel. This company is audited by KPMG and has joined a self-regulatory organization (SRO), the Quality Assurance Association for Financial Services Provision (VQF), which is recognized by the Swiss Federal Audit Office of financial markets (FINMA). The project must have the right tokenomics: There must be an intrinsic value to the token. The token must solve a specific problem.
