Biviano Direct is a family owned and operated fresh produce wholesale supplier with over 40 years' experience. We trade nearly 365 days of the year, including most public holidays! Felicia and Giacomo (Jack) Biviano founded the family business in 1968 by opening a small retail outlet in Fairfield, catering to local residents. As the general population grew in Melbourne, so did the local business and the Biviano's sought the opportunity to expand into wholesale. Biviano & Sons' retail outlet today also includes a sizable florist department and Domenic's Quality Butchers on the premises at Station Street, Fairfield. The wholesale operations are now located in Thornbury with a fleet of vehicles to source and deliver produce to Melbourne CBD and surrounding regions. Today, the Biviano family- Erica and Domenic Biviano, their children John, Daniel, Anita and Jordan (Anita's husband) and their staff continue to be passionate and committed to servicing Melbourne's hospitality industry. Three generations of the Biviano family represent decades of networking, experience and knowledge of the market. The family is well known within the Melbourne's fruit and vegetable scene. Our long standing established relationships give us the advantage and ability to purchase the best produce; variety; quantity; and quality; supplied consistently all year round.
