Currently all branches of the US Military purchase their match 5.56mm ammunition from Black Hills. They choose our ammo because we offer the highest level of performance for their needs. Military marksmanship is highly competitive; if something better were available, the competitors would be using it. We were recently awarded a five year contract to provide ammunition which will be used by our troops for an even more important mission, defending our country. Now every round of ammunition that leaves the Black Hills Factory is hand inspected for you by our quality control staff. Every lot we produce is tested for pressure and velocity every day. Our marketing policies assure the dealer a chance to make a reasonable profit when he stocks our ammunition. Black Hills will not generally be the lowest cost ammunition available, but we do feel it is one of the best values. We sell in increments small enough to make it easy for the dealer to stock, and we pay the freight, even on single case orders.
