Founded in 2010, Blackwatch is a Veteran-owned small business (VOSB) whose objectives are to support our clients' business and mission objectives by pursuing operational excellence and exceeding our clients' expectations. We strongly believe in providing quality services to our clients, our community, and our country. Blackwatch is based in Rockville, Maryland with offices in O'Fallon, IL. Blackwatch supports its' clients by strategically addressing their business problems with solutions by offering mission-critical IT solutions and services in program/project management, infrastructure and operations.
