BLDEX as a committed company also offer a management service to our clients. The management service gives our professional services in respect of the running of multiple HVAC projects for our client. We provide programme monitoring targeting milestones, inline with the contract programme to ensure the works are completed within the contractual constraints. Weekly reports are issued to the relevant project managers with our assessment and recommendations for the progression of the project. In addition to this we have the facility to assist with Auto-Cad 2013 Co-ordinated drawing production, Installation programmes in TeamPlan7 format, testing of installed systems, ductwork cleaning and can also facilitate any other project demands.
