Blueberry now offers newly qualified individuals, the opportunity to attend a one day course titled: An Introduction to the Blueberry Registered Individual Prospectus During this course, you will learn how Blueberry can help and support you as work towards achieving Competent Advisor Status and more importantly you'll learn how to build a successful mortgage brokerage with Blueberry's full marketing support and by working with professional introducers. A fee of £195.00 is charged to all delegates attending this course, the fee is fully refunded to delegates who subsequently join Blueberry as a Registered Individual. If you're newly qualified, it could be said that you are between a rock and a hard place. Qualified yes, but you may not have reached Competent Advisor Status (CAS). This is where Blueberry can help new qualified individuals who can demonstrate they have the business acumen to succeed in the mortgage industry. Blueberry can tailor an individual training programme to match your experience to date and current work commitments. We allow newly qualified individuals to work alongside our Mortgage Consultants and Mortgage Administrators for as long it takes for you to reach (CAS). We would expect all Trainees to reach initial CAS within a six month period and then supported by close supervision for a further period of time. Blueberry's Client Management software allows our administration and compliance departments to monitor and review a mortgage application from an initial mortgage inquiry through to full submission to the lender in real time, these systems and controls help you achieve and maintain Competent Advisor Status. Newly qualified or returning to the industry after an absence? Since the 2008 financial crisis, many good qualified individuals left the industry through no fault of their own. If this statement reflects your position, Blueberry could offer you a structured return to the industry achieving Advisor Competent Status within in an agreed time frame. Blueberry's Client Management software allows our administration and compliance departments to monitor and review a mortgage application from an initial mortgage inquiry through to full submission to the lender in real time. This allows Blueberry to monitor every aspect of your advice process, with training and support, you can achieve Competent Advisor Status and remain compliant at all times. All Registered Individuals joining Blueberry are required to attend a four day induction course held at our offices in Dorchester. A fee of £295.00 is charged for each delegate attending the course. This fee is refund in full on receipt of your first mortgage application which includes protection.
