Blue Colibri App

Non-desk employees don't have work email addresses (or not sitting in front of their computer all day) thus they are mainly out of the internal communication flow. We decided to use the tool that is available for each employees: their mobile phone. Blue Colibri provides a closed system that allows two-way information flow between employee groups and the management. Our app is a solution for reaching and gathering answers from dispersed teams without computer workstations and/or email addresses. Colleagues will be able to read the latest news anywhere, create a group with the click of a button, chat, give feedback, fill a survey or a quiz, send and idea through the idea box, organize events, check and download pictures and documents. The platform provides multiple features that make internal communication processes fun and help employees feel more involved with the organization.
