Blue Fire Grill

Blue Fire Grill is a run by husband and wife team Michael and Melinda French. Michael hails from Baltimore, MD which explains the fabulous crab cakes on the menu. (they're the real deal by the way) He has been in the food and beverage business for over 25 years and has worked all over the United States. Michael started his career in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. where he met his future wife Melinda. They eventually made their way back to her hometown of Huntington Beach, CA. where Melinda went to work for a Wine and Spirits distributor . Michael became Food and Beverage Director of Sierra Lakes golf course in Fontana which led to their move to Chino Hills in 2000. Opening a restaurant was always a dream and finally, in October of 2009, through a lot of hard work and a little luck, Blue Fire Grill was opened. Michael created the menu , design and concept of the restaurant. All of our meats are smoked on site in our state of the art Southern Pride oven. Every item is made from scratch daily including the dry rubs and sauces which are also available for purchase at the restaurant. Quality and quantity go hand in hand here. You will not leave hungry! A full bar is a necessary addition to these two past bartenders. Being in the Wine and Spirits industry, Melinda has wine, beer and spirit tastings each month. Draft beer will be added in April. And what goes better with BBQ than the blues! We have a live blues jam every other Sunday starting at 5:30. The music starts on Saturday Nights at 8:00p.m. The music styles and bands change each Saturday so call for a current schedule. So we hope to see you soon. We're tucked away in an out of the way industrial park but don't let that scare you. We have a great patio out front that is Pet friendly and perfect for a cocktail under the summer sky. When you walk in you'll see we're a real cozy, neighborhood restaurant with great food and great drink. Once you come twice you'll be part of the family.
