Berry Marketing Logistics was founded in 1981 as an independent oil gathering company providing dependable service to West Texas. Berry Marketing Logistics aims for competitive market prices for the barrels of crude oil it gathers. BML does not speculate with this crude oil, and all purchases are sold under contract to major oil companies, including the most credit-worthy companies in the petroleum industry such as ExxonMobil, BP, ChevronTexaco and ConocoPhillips. BML strictly adheres to guidelines of the Railroad Commission of Texas, Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission, EPA and OSHA.
