Bo-Mer Plastics is one of the largest Custom Thermoforming operations in New York State. Located in Auburn, "the Heart of the Fingerlakes region", the Company's 44,000 square foot facility houses modern thermoforming machinery, state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and CNC equipment suitable for the design, development and manufacturing of thermoformed (drape, vacuum and pressure forming) and fabricated (machined, heat and cold formed) plastic products and value added assemblies. For 64 years Bo-Mer has been providing manufacturers of diagnostic instruments, optical, imaging, computer equipment, mass transit and automobiles with custom thermoformed products, packaging and value added assemblies since 1946. Consistent, high quality manufacturing, quick lead times and less than .02% return rate have enabled Bo-Mer Plastics to sustain long-term customer relationships with leading OEM's. Bo-Mer is an ISO 9001 registered and UL approved company. Since the purchase of the Company in October of 2001, management's two main objectives were to diversify and stay focused on controlled growth. Opportunities develop from leads generated by our various Account Managers located throughout the East Coast, Midwest and Canada. This has enabled Bo-Mer to attract an extremely diverse customer base which has led to the purchase and installation of additional forming equipment, CNC trimming equipment, and an onsite painting facility. We continue to see quite a few opportunities from various OEM's requiring Cover Packages for their machines. Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical and Digital Imaging OEM's continue to be key areas of growth for us.
