Boland Payeh Co. is a privately held company and operates as General Contractor. It was established in 1992 and considering its founder's aim for completing innovative and complicated projects from their inception to their delivery, "From Concept to Creation"was chosen as its slogan. Boland Payeh's first project was Shahid Montazeri's cooling towers in Isfahan, which was also an engineering milestone in Iran as it was the first concrete cooling tower designed and built in Iran by an Iranian company. The complexity and characteristic of BP's early projects gave it the reputation for being a technical company interested in complex projects that has not been done by Iranian companies before. Boland Payeh improved its reputation by completing variety of projects such as dams, power plants, stadiums and metro stations, and by being the first company in Iran to use slip forming in another prestigious project, Milad Tower, the 4th tallest tower in the world in 1995 and 6th in present time. The company, while maintaining its technical characteristic, transformed into an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor covering all stages of a project from concept to creation. Starting with EPC projects in power sectors and culminating in EPC contract of the iconic Milad Tower Project, the company expanded itself and moved further in the path of becoming a general contractor (GC). In 2007, Boland Payeh celebrated its first EPCF (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance) in Tehran Metro project followed by other BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) in Multi Storey parking of Mehrabad airport, and BOO (Build, Own, Operate) in South Fars Combined Cycle Power Plant.
