About BoMill AB, based in Malmö Sweden, is a company with unique expertise in quality sorting of wheat, durum wheat, malt barley, spelt and oats based on individual sorting of each individual kernel. Each kernel´s chemical structure can be separated into different fractions based on protein, fusarium (fungal attack / DON), vitreousness (hardness), falling number and seed quality. BoMill sells sorting equipment and know-how throughout Europe and North America, using its own sales organization and distributors.
