Bonham High School
Bonham ISD is a 3A school district composed of five campuses and a disciplinary alternative education program. District enrollment has increased to 1951 students in 2013. Bonham High School serves approximately 525 students in grades 9-12. L.H. Rather Junior High School houses approximately 300 students in grades 7-8. I.W. Evans Intermediate School was renovated and expanded in 2013 and serves 390 students in grades 4-6. Finley-Oates Elementary is the district's largest campus, instructing approximately 575 students in grades K-3. The Head Start and Pre-Kindergarten programs at Bailey Inglish meet the diverse needs of 165 qualifying three and four year olds in Fannin County. All campuses are accredited by the Texas Education Agency. This year's tax levy to fund maintenance and operations expenditures does not exceed last year's maintenance and operations tax levy. A statement about "tax increase" as specified by Section 26.05(b) of Property Tax Code is not required to be included on the homepage of any internet website operated by Bonham Independent School District.
