We are proud of our 178-year old Dutch roots and are committed to independence. We want to have a clear impact on the contents of the products and are focussed on the immediate and distant future. Together with our authors and teams, we work on the best possible quality and reliability. This resolves around the commitment of the company and its staff to society and our role in it. We want to contribute to society by offering insight, greater understanding, and clarification through our publications. We consider these elements the key values in this respect. With 300 professionals and a range of authors with passion for their field, we work in the cultural, educational, scientific, and professional domains from various locations in the Netherlands.
