Boosters, Inc. proudly opened its doors in 1962 in Montgomery, Alabama. H.D. Parks, founder of the company, along with four other employees, developed the original "Booster Badge" with the metallic sticky football top. The response was surprising, and incredible. The "Booster Badge" took off quickly becoming a classic spirit item. For many years, we are proud - and so thankful - to say that the "Booster Badge" has helped countless kids nationwide raise money for their schools. After developing the "Booster Badge," Boosters became the leader in school spirit supplies. But, while we have grown, we have remained a family business - still locally owned and operated taking great pride in our craftsmanship and service. Today, based on our experience in the industry, Boosters is capable of many printing and performance options that others are not - ensuring customers that our quality will not only meet their expectations, but exceed them - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. At Boosters, the production process begins with our in- house graphic design department. Three graphic artists working on large 27-inch IMAC computer running Adobe Creative Cloud are at your disposal full-time. We stay up-to-date with all software to ensure quality and efficiency. Our design department works on design logos and layouts just for you and your company and creates a virtual proof for your approval prior to print. What all this means to you is that you will receive quality, custom art in the quickest time possible as Boosters does not have to wait on any other person -or company- to provide us your proof. Boosters further ensures quality and efficiency by performing our printing on-site. Boosters facility is over 36,000 sq. feet heated and cooled giving us much better quality control over our processes and product - like specialty water based t-shirt printing and cylindrical printing. We have a multitude of in-house printing machines and capabilities ranging from 3 automatic t-shirt presses, 2 semi-automatic, 3 manual and 2 numbering machines - all of which are accompanied by gas dryers for the best ink cure possible. Additionally, to select from, Boosters offers many varieties of print including standard plastisol ink, water based ink, discharge, glitter, puff and lots of other specialty inks. Basically, any style of shirt, any type of print, and any type of ink, Boosters has what you need, and what you've been looking for - and we can get it to you better and faster - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. With the increasing demand of companies wanting their logos in full color, Boosters listened and created a new division. For our customers, Boosters has crossed over from just screen printing to full color digital printing where we can print signs, banners, fans, golf balls, pens, plastic buttons, stickers, magnets -you name it, we can do it. We added the Roland XR-640 and the Ink Cups X2 which have both been great additions to fill the need that our customers were asking for. For our cylindrical printing, Boosters has 3 Dubit D150 printers that allow us to print a multitude of different objects ranging from a YETI cup to a shampoo bottle. The machines allow us to print most anything that is round from a 10-ounce frosted cup up to a 5-gallon bucket and anything in-between - we can do it all. Boosters also prints its Patented Spirit Ribbons in house with 4 custom built ribbon printing machines. These are one of a kind and no one else in the world has machines like these. These machines allow us to print custom screen-printed ribbons with 24-hour turnaround for schools and business across the world. The ribbons also require a foil top so Boosters has 2 KLUGE embossing and cutting machines that can make foil football, basketball, baseball, soccer, scallop and plain tops for all of our ribbons. These machines also die cut vinyl stickers, custom shaped fans and a multitude of other cutting and embossing. Boosters also prints all types and sizes of sign for any event ranging from real estate to political campaigns. We print small and large scale. For large sign printing, we use a M&R 62"x148" press that allows us to print 4'x8' signs in house and pairs well with our 40"x56" M&R Renegade press that allows us to print signs 6 at a time. The small format printing area allows us to print things like license plates and bumper stickers. This effective printing capability allows us to print signs 6 times faster than the competition and in turn we pass the savings on to you. As well as in-house art and printing, Boosters also offers its customers in-house embroidery. Boosters embroidery department houses 2 tajima embroidery machines with 6 heads and 15 colors. All embroidery is performed in house to ensure quality and efficiency. In brief and in sum, let us print and promote for you.
