Borough 22

Borough 22 was born out of a desire to provide my wife, daughter and son with a free from after dinner treat that didn't taste like hand recycled cardboard. Hundreds of bakes later and we came up with, quite possibly, the best free from (and standard) chocolate brownies we had ever tasted (and we've tasted quite a few... all in the name of research!). A bold claim but the sounds people have made, the tears shed in pure chocolate joy have made us supremely confident. This led us to experimenting with our hugely popular vegan and gluten free baked doughnuts. We've enjoyed taking the base recipe and getting really creative with these.
