Bortolami opened in September 2005. The gallery represents International artists, with a clear focus on European and American contemporary art. We have hosted the first solo exhibitions in New York fo...r Hope Atherton, Daniel Buren, Tom Burr, MIchel Francois, Scott King, Thomas Helbig, Avner Ben-Gal, Gary Webb, Patrick Hill, Thilo Heinzmann, Piotr Janas,Aaron Young, etc. The gallery has participated three times in Art Basel Miami in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and at the Armory in 2007 and 2008. Other fairs in 2007 include Fiac, Artissima, Berlin ArtForum, and in 2008; LA Art, ARCO, Fiac, and Artissima.
