Borusan Otomotiv is the Turkish distributor of the passionate BMW automobiles since 1984 with the excellent partnership established between Borusan Holding and Giwa Holding, a company operating in Germany. With the participation of Land Rover, the best 4x4 vehicle, in 1998, and MINI, which is the creator of small vehicle segment eliminating the class difference, in 1999, Borusan Otomotiv has completed its brand range it offers. All these years have witnesses to Borusan's general contributions to the segments it is operating at and to the overall market. The number and quality of the brands represented today is just another indicator of that. Many practices of Borusan Otomotiv have become a model in the sector such as its customer focused approach and applications, initiation in offering test drive experience, regular 24-hour emergency service, outdoor sales, (customer visit), independent customer relations department, central customer data bank. The company today has a broad range of product in the automotive sector of Turkey where an intense competition exists. Management of three brands, responsible from both sales and marketing activities and strategies, works to create the maximum brand value and commercial success. Adding more brands to the group not also effected the re-structuring of our enterprise but also the dealer network. The broad product range has provided the opportunity of entering to some regions that could not be efficient with only BMW activities. The company has also undertaken important roles in making social contributions to the society as it was the case in business life. The traffic training campaigns for primary schools, two booklets on environment protection, meetings for female drivers, the launch of the first automobiles equipped with catalyst and Borusan Oto Primary School are only a small part of our cultural dynamics.
