Founded in 2000, Boulevard Bread Company is dedicated to the art and craft of world-class cuisine, artisan breads, European-style pastries, and authentic Italian coffee. Influenced from years spent living in San Francisco and traveling Europe, Boulevard Bread prides itself in promoting the culinary education and broadening of minds for the citizens of Little Rock. With a deep passion for the Slow Food Movement, we strive to showcase and preserve each ingredient that we use in our various offerings. We use only the best organic, seasonal, and locally grown products to support this endeavor, and are committed to providing hard-to-find gourmet pantry items, artisan cheese, and delicious charcuterie to our customers. We are also very active in community events and working with various charities to promote the enhancement of our community. We distribute a variety of gift certificates and other donations to help non-profit organizations raise funds for their important causes. Green is the goal. We are committed to being a low-impact, environmentally friendly business: We buy many ingredients from local farmers, supporting sustainable agriculture; our disposables are made from biodegradable and compostable corn or potato by-products; our coffee is 100% Fair Trade and organic; we use earth-friendly cleaners; we recycle all glass, cardboard, aluminum, and plastics; and we are a proud member of Slow Food. Even this menu is printed with vegetable oil inks on 100% post-consumer recycled fibers. By doing all of this, we prove that a successful business can also be a responsible business.
