Our project managers are supported by extensive company resources, including the latest technology, detailed historical cost data from nearly seven decades' worth of projects, and the expertise and knowledge of other in-house construction professionals. Beginning with the initial stages of project planning and design through construction and project completion, we work in partnership with our clients and their design teams. Bouten is experienced using various contract types and delivery methods including guaranteed maximum price (GMP), lump sum, and negotiated arrangements.
