Bovin Winery
Bovin Winery is the first privately build winery in Macedonia. The company was established in 1998, the year when 120.000 bottles of high quality white and red wines were produced. It is these wines which Bovin was represented by on 1999 and 2000 at Agro-Expo Fair in Skopje where "Venus" earned the Champion title in the category of red wines, whereas all other wines were awarded gold medals. Bovin continued to be 7 years Champion for the red wines at the "Agro-Expo Fair 2001, 2002 and 2003" in Skopje with the wine "Dissan" and 2004, 2005 with the wine "Daron". This was greatest award on the fair and another prove of the quality of Bovin wines. Bovin Winery also took part from 1999 - 2003 at the Belgrade fair "World of Wine" winning grand gold medals and gold medals, thus becoming the overall winner of the Fair. The Winery achieved its highest success at the "Food and Wine" Fair 2000 in Copenhagen, Denmark, where the wine "Pinot Noir" was proclaimed absolute winner - Grand Prix in competition of more than 650 types of wines from France, Spain, Italy, Chile, Argentina, California, South Africa and others.
