BP2 is a new, niche commercial property consultancy set up by David Blyth MRICS and Roger Poolman FRICS, both of whom have considerable and varied experience across a variety of property sectors. We offer asset management, development, investment, agency and acquistion services. Based in the modern SA1 development in Swansea, our aim is to provide a personal and proactive service across South and South West Wales.
