We have a well-credentialed and knowledgeable staff, including clinicians who are available to assist with all clinical questions, programs, and protocols. To keep abreast of innovative and changing product lines, we require our employees’ participation in manufacturer's training and seminars. We rent, sell, and service beds, oxygen concentrators, patient lifts, wheelchairs, and furniture. We send our staff to the manufacturer’s training certification courses for products that require technical know-how and routine maintenance. We don’t sell products that we cannot service, install, or operate. Together with our vendors, we ensure that our customers are trained prior to or upon delivery/installation. We are an ACHC accredited DME/HME/LTC distributor. Being accredited by one of the most stringent accrediting bodies means that our standards of care, business and safety practices, and employee screening are considered excellent. We know prompt delivery is CRITICAL to our customers. Our drivers are dependable, friendly, knowledgeable and always deliver your orders to the desired location on time. We understand that delivery flexibility, especially during an emergency, is a prime concern. Our local warehouses and flexible logistics enable us to provide expedited shipments to all customers in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
