Promoting the industry, the commerce, the tourism and services provided by the two countries both in bilateral and international relationships. Supporting the interests of Romanian and Brazilian economic agents regarding the relation with the national authorities and with the specialized organisms abroad. BRACC supports the interests of the business community and especially the interests of its members by offering a wide range of services for its potential investors, as: economic missions, seminars and debates, identification of new business opportunities, fiscal-financial consultancy and juridical assistance. Hereby, BRACC mainly runs the following activities: Supports through specific actions the development of the collaboration regarding industry and commerce, tourism and services, between its members and Romanian/Brazilian firms throughout the country, including regionally; Supports the achievement of development projects and economic cooperation; Runs activities of commercial information and documentation, courses and seminars regarding the professional formation and retraining; Supports the economic agents concerning the export-import commercial activities; Supports the retraining of its members and of other economic agents, depending on the interests of the association; Initiates meetings and contracts between the Romanian and Brazilian economic agents, business forums and other events that would develop the cooperation between the two countries; Supports specialized exhibitions and fairs; Promotes direct business development actions for the two national markets and also regionally, mediates bank support for both its members and other interested economic agents if requested; Issues information and advertising publications; Informs the Brazilian and/or Romanian firms about the export, import and cooperation possibilities; Organizes business sessions by gathering the Chamber members in one Business Club in order to identify and consider potential collaborations; BRACC collaborates with the central and local state administrative organs, with national and territorial Chambers of Commerce from both countries and with other non-governmental institutions or organizations in order to fulfill its purpose and to accomplish the initiated actions, by relying on its founding members' absolute engagement. The integrity and the professional experience of its founding members, who are listed bellow, recommend BRACC as an organization which will permanently operate for creating a stable and balanced business environment, favorable to private sector development, and to an effective, strong market economy receptive to boosting international commerce and luring foreign investments. Besides the effective leading authority (General Assembly, Head Council and Auditor) BRACC will host, according to the decision of the Chamber members reunited in the General Assembly and with the acceptance of the elected one, a Council of Honor that gathers a President, Vice-Presidents and honor members. The distinctions are simply honorary, they do not assert obligations and are not remunerated. A modern and flexible organism, part of a stable and open business environment, BRACC is willing to adopt any physical or legal person who wishes to adhere to the BRACC status, respecting the condition imposed by the Association Regulation, and who considers that its activity could bring a contribution to BRACC's operating domain.
