Brack Capital Real Estate (BCRE), the real estate platform of the Brack Capital Group, was established in 2004, and has operations across the US, the UK, Germany, Russia and India. It is a leading international owner, developer and manager of large-scale real estate projects. In 2002, the Brack Capital Group led and managed the acquisition of a leading Dutch property company, Haslemere N.V. for an equity consideration of €1.2 billion, through a consortium which also included Apollo International, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.
