Bradford Place

Bradford Place is a cozy and affordable Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, and has been a proud member of the Swansea community since 1999. Bradford Place has becoming a home to many residents, with our staff of caregivers who are more than willing to give help when needed. Here, we are all part of a family, making the facility even more welcoming. Bradford Place is a safe and secure Assisted Living community that features a separate Memory Care Unit that specializes in the care of individuals with memory impairment, Dementia and Alzheimer's. We can accommodate 39 residents. We see to it that the resident's loved ones are assured of the care, safety and assistance that our facility is capable with. Even though some of our residents prefer to keep a certain degree of independence, our caregivers are ready to assist them with tasks that are difficult to do alone. As much as possible, we will promote the full mobility and physical function of our residents while maintaining stand-by support round the clock. Bradford Place, Bradford Place is pet friendly as well. Furry and feathered companions are welcome to stay with their pet owners. In addition to this, we offer a full range of services and amenities for our residents which include: daily housekeeping, meals, laundry service, activities, and more.
