Brahm Centre

Brahm Centre was launched in 2012 to promote healthier and happier living - focusing on proactive actions to empower individuals to help themselves in staying healthy and mentally well. We offer scientific based mindfulness programs as the foundation to healthy and happy living. Weekly health education is conducted by medical experts and allied health professionals, provided FREE to the public. We also offer counselling and psychotherapy services. Brahm Centre manages two befriending programs that are funded to support the elderly with chronic diseases, and the recovery of stroke patients and patients with mental conditions. We have volunteer doctors, allied health professionals and volunteer coordinators to train and manage the volunteer befrienders who conduct weekly home visits. Brahm Centre has a board comprising 15 medical and business professionals, and Mr Choo Chiau Beng as the Patron. Download our corporate brochure here.
