brainwek education is an edtech and educational consultancy company that is building innovative technologies to digitize africa’s classrooms. schools in sub-saharan africa are often faced with inadequate teaching and learning materials due to the absence of technology in the classroom. the absence of learning technologies, such as screens, projectors, and laptops, prevents teachers from incorporating necessary digital teaching materials to deepen student understanding. the covid-19 pandemic has revealed the extent to which these technologies are necessary for student success. as many schools must now close, many students are unable to attend class, preventing them from learning and growing. to address this problem, brainwek is building innovative teaching and learning technologies that will allow teachers and students to thrive from wherever they are.
