Bledsoe Riggert Cooper James has been meeting the needs of public, commercial, and residential clients for over 21 years as a Service Oriented Land Survey and Engineering Firm. From the beginning, we have prided ourselves in satisfying the technical needs of each of our clients. In 1992, our first offices opened in Bloomington and Bedford, IN, and we began providing land surveying services close to home. Since then, we have opened an office in Paoli, IN and the services our company offers have grown to include both civil engineering and GIS development.
