Family owned, Breeze is operated by Joe Coker, his wife Kathy, and their son Joseph. As Vice President, Joseph supervises Breeze's expert team of more than 100 employees, including 14 certified service technicians, and oversees all projects and daily site inspections. A leader in green technology, Breeze works with architects, builders and homeowners to develop a system from initial requirements through CAD design and Title 24 energy efficiency compliance. Chosen as THE Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning subcontractor by many area general contractors and architects, Breeze's in-house capabilities allows Coker and team to develop custom HVAC systems from concept to completion.
