Innovation Training, Consulting and Facilitation - Launched in mid 2008, the H2FL program packages decades of experience gained in helping to develop innovation capabilities. H2FL (co developed with Paul May) is focused on elevating innovation to the level of other strategic business activities essential to success, embedding it into the culture & processes of the organisation. The program provides a framework to understand your innovation culture and a range of best practises, models and tools adapted to define and achieve your innovation goals.
